1. General

This website is owned and operated by Noam Navon, based in Shoham, Israel. By placing an order and using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions in full.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We take pride in our logistics and aim to deliver your watch as safely and quickly as possible.

• Order Processing: 1–4 business days (includes quality control and packaging).

• Domestic Shipping (Israel): 3–10 business days.

• International Shipping (USA & Europe): 10–25 business days.

• Customs & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs office for details.

3. Cancellations & Returns

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981):

• 14-Day Return Policy: You may cancel your transaction within 14 days of receiving the item.

• Condition for Return: To be eligible for a refund, the watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all protective plastic films, tags, and packaging intact.

• Exclusions: We cannot accept returns if the protective films were removed or the bracelet/strap was resized or altered.

• Refunds: A legal cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be deducted from the refund, plus any original shipping costs.

4. Limited 1-Year Warranty

We provide a limited warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Coverage: Internal manufacturing defects of the watch movement.

• What is NOT Covered: Glass (crystal) breakage, scratches to the case or bracelet, water damage, or damage caused by accidents and misuse.

• Claiming Warranty: Please contact our support team at celtowatch@gmail.com for instructions on shipping the item to our service center.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any legal action or dispute shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Central District of Israel.
