Terms of Service

1. General This website is operated by Noam Navon (Celto Watch), based in Shoham, Israel. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Payments & Security The clearing and processing of payments on this site are securely performed by Pay Plus.

3. Shipping We ship worldwide from Israel. Processing: 1-4 business days. International delivery: 10-25 business days. Local customs/taxes are the customer's responsibility.

4. Returns & Cancellations According to Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, with all protective films and packaging intact. A 5% or 100 NIS fee (whichever is lower) applies to cancellations.

5. Warranty 12-month warranty on the internal watch movement. Does not cover glass, water damage, or wear and tear.

6. Law Governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

תקנון ותנאי שימוש

1. כללי אתר זה מופעל על ידי נועם נבון (Celto Watch), הממוקם בשוהם, ישראל. השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלו.

2. סליקה ואבטחה הסליקה באתר מתבצעת בצורה מאובטחת באמצעות חברת Pay Plus.

3. ביטול עסקה והחזרים בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן הישראלי, ניתן לבטל עסקה תוך 14 יום מקבלת המוצר. המוצר חייב להיות באריזתו המקורית, ללא שימוש, ועם כל המדבקות המקוריות. דמי ביטול ע"פ חוק: 5% ממחיר העסקה או 100 ש"ח (הנמוך מביניהם).

4. אחריות אחריות של 12 חודשים על מנגנון השעון הפנימי. האחריות אינה מכסה זכוכית, נזקי מים או בלאי סביר.
